Although Gregory T. Ridenhour is in his early 50’s, he has been singing Gospel music for over 35 years. His experience has taught him that music can touch lives in ways nothing else can. Greg presents music that is relevant, full of energy, led by the power of the Holy Spirit and designed for all ages to enjoy. You will come away renewed and challenged from a Gregory T. Personal Testimony
I was born with a rare eye condition called Aniridia, which is congenital absence the iris portion of the eye. After living with this condition since birth, I have become legally blind since 2006. I am able to see, but only things up close appear to be clear. Things farther away are not clear to me. God has blessed me in so many ways. I grew up in a Christian home, so I always felt that my vision impairment was allowed by God to be used to the furtherment of the kingdom of Christ. It is not a disability it is an inconvenience that I have learned to live with. I believe that God will not allow anything in our lives that we can not handle without His divine help. I was saved on April 12, 1978 during a revival service at Jonesboro First Baptist Church in Jonesboro, IL. I surrendered my life to full-time ministry at the age of 19 during a revival service at Anna First Baptist Church in Anna, IL. I was Licensed into the ministry by Anna First Baptist Church on April 8, 1992. My life has been far from perfect, but after surrendering to ministry I attended Hannibal-LaGrange Baptist College in Hannibal, MO, where I received my Bachelor degree in Christian Education, with a minor in Church Music, and a second Bachelor degree in Business Administration. I pastored Beech Grove Baptist Church for a total of 5 years. I have always been active in my music ministry. I have a loving and supporting wife Tina, who loves to share in our ministry. She is my eyes to the world around me, when I’m unable to see things around me. I would love to come and share our ministry at your church or organization.
