Chosen was formed in 2017 By Ron Vance, Tom and Rhonda Slark. Prior to 2017 Tom and Rhonda traveled for over 20 years as the "Slarks" singing in concerts, revivals and camp meetings across the United States, beginning in the early 2000`s - 2017 Tom served as Worship Pastor at Circleville First CCCU, Crossroads CCCU, and Lighthouse Ministries. Tom and Rhonda`s youngest daughter Sara also travels with the group responsible for the group’s media presentations.
For several years Ron traveled in music ministry with various groups and also as a soloist. God has gifted Ron with not only the ability to sing but the ability to play several instruments such as the piano/keyboard, bass, and drums just to name a few.
Ron has also served as worship leader in several CCCU churches such as Chillicothe High St., and Lighthouse Ministries. Ron`s wife Robin serves as Chosen`s business manager.
With our combined years of experience singing and leading in worship, Chosen can provide churches with a well-rounded style of traditional, southern gospel and middle of the road genre`s.
