NEWS (5-25-09): Our new (fifth) CD is out! It`s called "Renewed," and its theme verse is II Corinthians 5:17, "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new." Check our website, www.thedisciplesquartet.com, for details as they emerge! We are The Disciples Quartet, a group based out of Tipton, Indiana, who have been singing since 2001. From our home church, East Hopewell Baptist Church, and following wherever the Lord leads, we sing throughout central Indiana and are starting to travel to many other out-of-state locations, as well. We have been blessed by God`s grace and owe everything to Him. While faithfully ministering to all age groups, The Disciples Quartet hopes to take southern gospel music into the next generation with unique vigor and energy characteristic of 21-year old youth! We believe southern gospel music to be a powerful medium through which God touches the lives of millions of people across the world. The messages of salvation and joy contained in gospel songs are meaningful and often profound, testify to Gods goodness, and share the Good News of Jesus Christ with no apologies. Because southern gospel music is inherently fun, The Disciples Quartet misses no opportunity to have a good time on stage! “If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed."
