On March 23, 2024, Brandy York & Steven Kouns met at a practice at New Life Gospel Music Association and very quickly became friends. By May 9, Brandy & Steven had their first singing appointment as their full time ministry. Two days later, after someone asked what our group name was, "Southern Sunday" was created!
Fast forward to April 19, 2025, Blake Thompson and Kenny Krupnick came along and sang with us for one night and they`ve been with us ever since! About two weeks later, our long time friend Jake Bellomy joined us to sing Baritone.
