Dusty Levi started with the GGCBA in Oct 2017, and in March 2018 won ENTERTAINER OF THE YEAR, and Most Promising Vocalist of The Year at the NACMI award show, performing traditional gospel. Dusty Levi has been singing in church since he was 6 years old, both solo and with family and friends. He also writes original songs and plays guitar. He is a lover of many different genres of music, mainly Elvis Gospel, Blue Grass Gospel, Christian contemporary, Christian Rock, and Christian Rap.
Dusty Levi is a COMBAT WAR VETERAN of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He was Deployed to Iraq twice, once in 2003 and again in 2005. He Served in the Army for five years and was based in Fort Stewart G.A. 3rd Infantry Division. He is very thankful for the many dangerous situations that the lord delivered him from while overseas.
Dusty Levi comes from a STRONG CHRISTIAN FAMILY, full of preachers, teachers, pastors, evangelists, and musical performers within The Church of God. The one he looks up to most spiritually and musically is his Grandfather Maynard Holbrook who dedicated every part of his life to the lord’s ministry and music.
Dusty Levi has a DEEP SULTRY TONE of voice reminiscent of Elvis Presley but has a look that is very different and all his own. His music ministry continues to grow, and he hopes to be a blessing to everyone around him in some way.
