Jenny (Ward) Kline
Jenny, the oldest of six children, has been raised in church & around gospel music-singing most of her life. (Her brother Randy, youngest of six, also sings with the group, as does her husband Stan). The gospel message revealed through her rich soothing voice and moving testimony - bears witness to her love for Jesus. Jenny is the mother of two sons and the ‘grandmother’ of seven wonderful grandchildren. Her song, ‘In The Midst of it All’ tells of God’s eternal steadfastness in his relationship with His children and is truly a blessing to others. She carries the lead part on many of our songs and is the business mind of the group.
Randy Ward
Randy is the youngest of six children and is Jenny’s brother - not Jenny’s husband, as some believe ((. His deep baritone voice just seems to roll off his tongue in melodious tones to bless those listening. Randy’s rendition of the song - ‘The Greatest Story’ brings tears of blessing to our congregations and is a reminder of the unspeakable joy - as the song tells the life story of Jesus. Randy is a ‘trucker’ by trade - which gives him time, during those long miles, to praise the Lord in song as he practices and learns group songs. He is married, the father of six, and grandfather of six.
Jacob Reel (Jake)
Jacob is the youngest of nine children and was ‘born and raised’ on gospel music, has been singing since the age of seven, and continued to become lead-singer in his M.Y.F. Group at the Union Methodist Church where he still attends to this day. Jake attributes his singing to his older sister who encouraged him to sing and praise the Lord. Jacob loves the music he started singing as a youngster, is single and loves where the Lord has brought him in his life and his music. Jake’s spirit anointed talent will bless you.
Stan Kline - Talented Narrator
After we discovered Stan’s exciting talent, he became a favorite with audiences & is Jenny’s husband. Stan is now retired and travels the ‘flea market circuit’ in his spare time, is a special Grandpa to their seven grandchildren, and is a blessing to all those who hear his inspiring special talent in narrating songs like ‘The Antioch Church House Choir’, ‘Thank You’, ‘The Anchor Holds’, and other favorites. Stan’s unusual and moving talent is a highlight of the ministry and one that will definitely bless you. Grandpa Stan joins the quartet when he is available.
Ken Ziegler
One Voice is excited to introduce Ken, our new member and a great tenor. Ken has been a choir director since he was fourteen, loves the Lord and enjoys doing the Lords work. Ken contributes greatly to our group and God has already blessed One Voice, as a quartet, and we are so excited about what God has in our future! Ken is also part of the men’s group called - The Millstream Singers and he also lends his talents traveling & blessing other church congregations during the summer months - while he gives his church choir a summer break. Margaret (Giesige) Ziegler Margaret is our group manager and we were blessed when she agreed to join us in that capacity. Margaret loves gospel music, is an inspiration to us, keeps us updated & on our toes for up and coming concerts. She is our very capable booking agent that God has blessed with love and friendship toward others. We are so thankful to have her. Contact Margaret at 830-481-9885
‘One Voice’ Gospel Quartet: the group. . .
We love the Lord and the calling God has placed upon our lives - each of us desires your prayers as we travel in God’s ministry. We invite the Holy Spirit to join us in everything we do - where ever we go. Our prayer, from the beginning of the ministry, has been that only Jesus will shine through us and that God would use One Voice as His instrument of "joyous blessings" for those who hear the message of Christ through "His gospel message in song." He has never failed us yet - nor has He failed to answer our prayers! Sharing our Savior’s great JOY, merciful GRACE, and never-ending LOVE for His children, continues to be a wondrous blessing to each one of us and a continued answer to God’s presence in our ministry.
