Greetings from Foundations Ministries!! We are a southern gospel group based out of Greeneville, TN. We began our ministry in 1992. We travel nearly every weekend to spread the gospel of Jesus saves. Our group consists of Ronnie Thompson, a founding member. Ronnie plays the bass guitar, sings tenor and drives our bus. Stephen Thompson, Ronnie`s son, sings the baritone/lead, plays the drums, arranges all our vocals and harmony blends. He also holds a certification from The Recording Workshop in Chillicothe, OH. Stephen produces all our CD projects. Tim Hybarger, sings the lead part, plays the piano for the Foundations. Tim also arranges the music you hear, whether it be live or on CD. Last but not least the newest member, Melissa, Ronnie`s daughter. She sings the alto/soprano part and has brought a new sound and wonderful blend to the group. The Foundations present a program that contains newer radio songs, along with standars & Hymns, which tell the greatest story ever told. (JOHN 3:16 ) Which is of how Jesus Christ died to save all mankind. Our salvation is complete thru Him, and was "PAID IN FULL" on Calvary. We combine the use of studio musical soundtracks and our proficient instrumental abilities to provide that LIVE BAND element. Combined with our masterful blend of vocal harmonies, we create an event that is best described as "an experience of worship". The primary goal of The Foundations is to see Lost, Hurting and Broken souls reconcilled with Christ. We strive to present Christ "high & lifted up" so that He can "Draw all men unto Him". We want folks to leave after the event, feeling as thought they have been in Fellowship with the Lord. Worship is very a very important part of our presentation. Our home base of Greeneville, Tn is in the NE corner of Tennessee,and is about 75 miles NE of Knoxville, Tn. We are primarily a regional group.
