The Lord just keeps opening doors for our group and has once again. Anchored is blessed to make our first appearance at the Providence Knob Baptist Church in Rockfield , Ky in October. I first met brother Garth Sparks when I was with Mercy Road and we sang at his church several years back. He was running the sound board for all those participating in the days festivities and when checking in with him about the sound we got to talking and he was telling us about his group, Forgiven 324 and of their travels and dates. We also knew many of the same people and shared a mutual love of gospel music. When he and I spoke earlier in January he said he`d love for us to come but didn`t know if the church had any more open dates this year but he`d check. A true man of his word he called and asked if we had an open date in September or October, for a Sunday morning service. We had September full and one in October plus another waiting for a confirmation, only leaving two open for sure, the 11th & 25th. Brother Garth said to put them down for October 11, 2026, we did, and now we`re looking forward to bringing our ministry and to worship with Garth, pastor Brain Talley and the congregation of Providence Knob Baptist. Service starts at 10:00 and the address of the church is 210 Browning Rd., Rockfield, KY 42274. Let`s lift up Jesus, in song and word!
